The Gamut Policy module will allow you to get public input on pending documents. Public users will be able to share their feedback and their comment can be emailed to a designated email address. The designated email address is set on the Document Type screen for each type of Document.

How to Enable Public Comments on Document Types Screen

  1. Hover over the Policies tab
  2. Click on Policy Type Administration
  3. Click on the Document Type icon for the policy type you are working with
  4. In edit mode toggle on Public Comments
  5. Enter email address comments will be sent to
  6. Click Save and Close
    Note:
     If Public Comments are toggled on you will not be able to save content unless an email address is entered.

How to Disable Public Comments on Document Types Screen

  1. Hover over the Policies tab
  2. Click on Policy Type Administration
  3. Click on the Document Type icon for the policy type you are working with
  4. In edit mode toggle off Public Comments
  5. Click Save and Close
