Permissions within the policy module allow a Gamut admin to grant or restrict access to certain content on an individual basis. Follow the steps below on how to navigate to a user’s profile and a breakdown of the different permissions available.

How to Set User Permissions

  1. Hover over the More tab
  2. Go to the User Administration Screen
  3. Click on the Permissions icon for the user
    Note: You can also click on a user’s name and scroll down to their permissions at the bottom of the page
  4. Edit user’s permissions as needed per module or their security role
  5. Click Save and Close

Document Type Visibility – PublicUser is able to view documents marked as public

Administer This TypeUser will be able to access the Policy Type Administration screen
