The columns on the Policy Listing screen can be customized so that you only view the information that you want to see.

  1. Hover over the Policies tab
  2. Select a policy type
  3. On the policies listing screen, click on the Settings wheel to show column options
  4. Toggle to view or hide a column and its content
  5. Once done, click anywhere on the screen

HistoryClick on icon to view past approved versions of document
StatusCurrent status of a document
Original Adopted DateDate the document was first approved/adopted
Last Revised DateDate that document was last updated
Last Reviewed DateDate that document was last reviewed
Rescinded DateThe date that the document was removed from the manual

Note: You are not able to toggle on/off the Code and Title columns

Note: Options will automatically save

Note: Sub Statuses will display in drop-down and documents can be filtered by them
