Benefits to the Policy Administrators

The Policy Administrator will be able to quickly see all documents that are in draft. They can submit documents for board review and these will become immediately available to board members in the Work in Progress (WIP) section. This feature eliminates the need for a Policy Administrator from having to print and send the document(s) to board members.

Additionally, when changes are made to documents and revised, board members, staff, and the community will easily be able to access the updated documents as soon they are board approved.
