Supporting documents and links can be added to an HTML Document. Follow the steps below to add them to a new or existing HTML Document.

How to Add Supporting Documents or Links to a New HTML Document

  1. Hover over the Policies tab
  2. Click on Add New Document link
  3. Choose the option Create a New Document
  4. Choose your Policy Type, Section, Document Type, and code
    Note: Choose a document type that was created as an HTML document
  5. Click Add Document
  6. Type or copy/paste policy information
  7. Go to Supporting Documents section
  8. Drag and drop or search and locate documents to add a PDF
  9. Go to Supporting Links Section
  10. Type in the title you want to be displayed for the link on the left and the URL to the site on the right
  11. Click Submit when finished, the draft document will remain in your Work in Progress
    Note: A paperclip will display next to the document title indicating there is an attachment.

How to Add Supporting Documents or Links to an Existing HTML Document

  1. Hover over the Policies tab
  2. Click on the name of a policy type
  3. On the policy listing screen, click on the name of the HTML document
  4. On the policy viewing screen, click on the edit icon
  5. Go to Supporting Documents section
  6. Drag and drop or search and locate documents to add a PDF
  7. Go to the Supporting Links Section
  8. Type in the title you want to be displayed for the link on the left and the URL to the site on the right
  9. Click Submit when finished to save the document as a draft
    Note: A paperclip will display next to the document title indicating there is an attachment.
