There are two ways to add a new document — from the Policy Listing screen or from the Work In Progress screen:

How to Add a New HTML Document From the Policy Listing Screen

  1. Hover over the Policies tab
  2. Click on Add New Document link
  3. Choose the option Create a New Document
  4. Choose your Policy Type, Section, Document Type, and code
Note: Choose a document type that was created as a PDF document
Users with permission to access this type and codification can add new sections and codes from the drop-down menus
  5. Click Add Document
  6. Drag-and-Drop or Browse and attach a PDF document
Note: Only one PDF document can be added at a time. If multiple PDFs exist for a code, a user will need to repeat the steps of adding a new document to a code. Simbli will automatically add a number at the end of the code in parenthesis.
  7. Click Save and Close, draft document will remain in your Work in Progress
