If a user exceeds the number of allotted times to sign into their Gamut account, they will be locked out for a period of 30 minutes. Additionally, if a user fails to answers their chosen security questions and answers correctly, their account will also be locked. An admin will have the ability to easily identify the users whose accounts have been locked and unlock them.

How to Unlock a User Profile – Incorrect Password Attempts

  1. Hover over the More tab
  2. Go to the User Administration Screen
  3. Search for the user(s) with the caution symbol next to their name(s)

Click on the name of the user to view their profile
4. Above their user information, a red box will display reset options
Note: The options can vary depending on how a user’s account became locked.
