A user can request edit access on an item that they already reviewed as long as the item is in the Reviewed or Completed tab on the My Items screen.
How to Request Edit Access
- Hover over the Meetings tab
- Click on the Reviewed tab
- Click on the three dots next to the item you want to request access to
- In the drop-down, click on Request Edit
- On the pop-up, enter comments and indicate if you would like a copy of the email notification sent to you
- Once done, click on Request Edit Access
Note: If access is granted, the item will be returned to you. Once you’re finished with the item and submit it, the item will continue to work its way through the workflow even if a user had previously made edits or changes to it.
