Every meeting type can be customized to have agenda item fields appear in a specific order.

Each meeting type can have its own order of how fields of an agenda item would appear. You may want to customize your meeting type so that the fields that you want to appear first are on the top.

How to Reordering Fields On A Meeting Type
  1. Navigate to the Meetings menu
  2. Click on Meetings Administration, then Meeting Types
  3. Click on the fields reorder icon next to the Meeting Type you are working on
  4. Reorder fields in the pop-up window
  5. Click Save and Close
