Simbli allows you to link your strategic plan to a meeting agenda. This grants the ability to see how certain items on your agenda correlate to your strategic plan. Once a plan is linked, the goals field can be chosen on a meeting agenda item and you will be able to select the goal, performance objective, initiative, etc.

Follow the steps below on how to link a plan to an agenda. Click here if you have already linked a plan to your meeting and need to add the goals fields to your agenda item.


How to Link a Strategic Plan to a Meeting – New Meeting

  1. Click on the Meetings tab
  2. Click on Add New Meeting
  3. Click Create in the desired Option Box
  4. Meeting Setup screen will display
  5. Click on Strategic Plan Information to expand the section
  6. Choose plan in drop down menu
    Note: The strategic plan needs to be published in order to attach it to a meeting
  7. Choose if you would like to display scorecard on meeting page
  8. When finished entering all necessary information, click Save or Save and Close

How to Link a Strategic Plan to a Meeting – Existing Meeting

  1. On the Meetings tab, click on Meetings Listing
  2. Click the Name of the Meeting
  3. In the settings wheel drop-down, click on Meeting Setup
  4. On the Meeting Setup screen, click on Strategic Plan Information to expand the section
  5. Click on the drop-down to choose a plan
    Note: The strategic plan needs to be published in order to attach it to a meeting
  6. Choose if you would like to display scorecard on the meeting page
  7. When finished entering all necessary information, click Save or Save and Close
