If someone is given submitter rights to a specific meeting type, he or she can go to the Work In Progress menu to submit items to any meetings that have been created by the meetings administrator.

  1. Click on + sign
  2. Enter item title
  3. Choose fields to be displayed on item
  4. Click on continue adding item
  5. You may now provide submitter comments, choose the appropriate meeting to add item and choose your approver
  6. Click Submit and this item will be sent to the approver for review and subsequent placement on an agenda.
