How to Assign an Agenda Item
  1. Navigate to meeting agenda
  2. Click on agenda item to assign
  3. Click on the edit icon
  4. In edit mode, click on the Unassigned drop-down
  5. Choose user to assign the item to
  6. Click on Save
    Note: 
    User will receive an email that an item has been assigned to them

Follow the steps below to assign multiple items to users by using the Item Assignment screen.

How to Mass Assign Items to Users
  1. Navigate to meeting agenda
  2. Click on Settings menu
  3. Click on Item Assignments
  4. On Item Assignments screen, click the Assigned To drop-down  to assign an item to a user

    NOTE: Clicking on the CC checkbox will allow you to have a copy of the email the user receives notifying that an item has been assigned to them.
    You can add a comment to send to the user. This comment will be included in the email they receive.
  5. When done, click Save or Save and Close
