Viewing an HTML Document

Below is a breakdown of the View HTML Document screen broken into sections.

HTML Document Header

Number	Column Title	Description
1	Dates	Original Adopted Date, Last Revised Date & Last Reviewed Date.
2	See More/Less	See more to view related documents or see less close related documents
3	Export to Microsoft Word	Click on the Word Document Icon to export to Microsoft Word.
4	Email Document	Email document to Gamut user or CC to a non-Gamut user.
5	Edit Pencil	Click on the edit pencil to update your document.
6	Next Page Arrow	Click on the arrow to view the next document.
