The public and authenticated users can search through the Policies module to find content that matches their search criteria. If visibility restrictions have been placed on a policy type or documents only signed-in authenticated users with permission to view those items in search results. Follow the steps below on how to do a simple and advanced search.

How to do a Simple Search

  1. Click on ‘Search’, located in the upper right-hand corner; the search box will expand

2. Enter keyword(s) and search criteria, i.e. date range, area(s) to search, and the phrase/keyword type

3. Click Search
4. Search results will display the Policy Type, Document Type, Code, and Description
