Rescind an HTML Document

How to Rescind an HTML Document

1. Hover over the Policies tab
2. Click on the name of a Policy Type
3. Click on the name of the HTML document
4. Click the Edit icon
5. Check Rescind Box and enter Rescind Date
   
6. Click Submit
   

Note: A pop-up box will appear that states “Are you sure you want to rescind this document? Click Ok
