A user with permission to Administer This Type for a policy type will have access to a special menu option under Policies called the Policy Type Administration screen. On this screen, they have the following options available to them.

1 | Add New Policy Type | Add a new policy type Note: A Policy Type can be created for various manuals such as Procedural Manuals, Code of Conduct for Teachers and/or Students, Teacher and/or Student Manuals, etc. |
2 | Edit | Pencil icon will allow you to edit the policy type title and/or visibility |
3 | Delete | Trash can icon will allow you to delete a policy type |
4 | Title | Title that has been given to this policy type Note: This field is searchable if a user clicks on the magnifier glass |
5 | Visibility | Set the visibility for a Policy Type to be Non-Private or Private |
6 | Document Type | Create Documents that will be associated to the Policy Type Note: Documents can either be an HTML Document or a PDF Document. |
7 | Permissions | Grant and/or modify user permissions to this Policy Type |
8 | Codification | Create, edit, and manage Sections and Code for this Policy Type |
9 | Footnotes | Create, edit, and manage Footnote Types and Footnotes for this Policy Type |
10 | Sub Status | Create, edit, and manage Sub Status for Documents created for this Policy Type |
