The columns on the Policy Listing screen can be customized so that you only view the information that you want to see.
- Hover over the Policies tab
- Select a policy type
- On the policies listing screen, click on the Settings wheel to show column options
- Toggle to view or hide a column and its content

- Once done, click anywhere on the screen
| Column Title | Description |
|---|---|
| Type | Document Type Identifier |
| History | Click on icon to view past approved versions of document |
| Status | Current status of a document Note: Sub Statuses will display in drop-down and documents can be filtered by them |
| Original Adopted Date | Date the document was first approved/adopted |
| Last Revised Date | Date that document was last updated |
| Last Reviewed Date | Date that document was last reviewed |
| Rescinded Date | The date that the document was removed from the manual |
Note: You are not able to toggle on/off the Code and Title columns
Note: Options will automatically save
