How to Import New Footnotes

  1. Hover over the Policies Tab
  2. Click on Policy Type Administration
  3. Click on the Footnotes icon for the policy type you are working with
  4. Click on the settings wheel
  5. Click on Import/Update Footnotes
  6. Select Import New Codes
  7. Click Browse… to select and attach your upload template
    Note: Types will need to be created previous to import
    You can download a sample template for more instructions on the import file
  8. When finished, click Save and Close

How to Update Existing Footnotes

  1. Hover over the Policies Tab
  2. Click on Policy Type Administration
  3. Click on the Footnotes icon for the policy type you are working with
  4. Click on the settings wheel
  5. Click on Import/Update Footnotes
  6. Select Update Existing Footnotes
  7. Click Browse… to select and attach your upload template
    NOTE: Do not edit the Key column in the download file. Doing so will cause errors in the import file.

  8. When finished, click Save and Close

How to Update Existing Footnotes

  1. Hover over the Policies Tab
  2. Click on Policy Type Administration
  3. Click on the Footnotes icon for the policy type you are working with
  4. Click on the settings wheel
  5. Click on Export Footnotes
  6. Excel file will automatically download
