Below is a breakdown of the statuses that exist in the Policy Module.
Note: A status with an asterisk (*) indicates that the status will only be used for a document going through the association review workflow process.
| Status | Description |
|---|---|
| Adopted | Documents that has been approved by a board, committee, etc. |
| Draft | Document is in the process of being approved or being edited |
| Submitted* | Document has been submitted to state association for review |
| In Review* | The document is being reviewed by the state association Note: When a document is in review, only the association will be able to make edits. The pencil icon will not be visible to users in the organization. |
| Reviewed* | Document had been reviewed by the state association and returned to the organization |
| Rescind | Document is no longer in effect |
