How to Edit a Section
- Hover over the Policies Tab
- Click on Policy Type Administration
- Click on the Codification icon for the policy type you are working with
- On the Codification screen, click on Add/Edit New Section
Note: A user can click on the settings wheel > Manage Sections to view another option to edit sections. - On Add/Edit Section pop-up click on the pencil to edit a code number and/or name
Note: Section codes can be changed even if codes are associated with them. - When finished, click Save and Close
How to Delete a Section
- Hover over the Policies Tab
- Click on Policy Type Administration
- Click on the Codification icon for the policy type you are working with
- On the Codification screen, click on Add/Edit New Section
Note: A user can click on the settings wheel > Manage Sections to view another option to edit sections. - On Add/Edit Section pop-up click on the trash can to delete a section
Note: Section cannot be deleted if codes are associated with them. To delete a section, codes cannot have documents associated with them. For more information on deleting documents, click here. - Confirming deletion by clicking Okay on the pop-up
