Meeting packets can be customized and include supporting materials for agenda items. Follow the steps below on how to print a meeting packet that include PDF attachments.

How to Print a Meeting Packet with Supporting Documents

  1. Navigate to meeting agenda
  2. Click on Print drop-down menu
  3. Click Print Meeting Packet with Supporting Materials
  4. Print Meeting Packet with Supporting Materials page will open in a new window
  5. Choose your settings from each section; Print Settings, Agenda Outline Settings, and Supporting Materials
  6. When finished, click Print icon
  7. PDF will generate and open according to browser settings

Print Settings
Include certain options when printing your meeting packet.

SettingDescription
Include Cover PageContains logo (if uploaded), meeting title, date and time, and location information.
Include Page NumbersPage numbers displayed on lower right side of page.
Include Printed Date and TimePrints on all agenda items in upper left corner of the page
Include WatermarkCustom text (25 max characters) watermark displayed on all pages
Include Footer TextCustom text (250 max characters) footer displayed on all pages

Agenda Outline Settings
Include fields, or items marked with visibility restrictions.

Supporting Materials
Select agenda items and or PDF attachments to include when printing the packet. Chose to exclude items or fields marked with visibility restrictions.
