If someone is given submitter rights to a specific meeting type, he or she can go to the Work In Progress menu to submit items to any meetings that have been created by the meetings administrator.
- Click on + sign
- Enter item title
- Choose fields to be displayed on item
- Click on continue adding item
- You may now provide submitter comments, choose the appropriate meeting to add item and choose your approver
- Click Submit and this item will be sent to the approver for review and subsequent placement on an agenda.
