On the Work In Progress screen, a Simbli administrator will be able to select multiple documents, both HTML and PDF, to approve or rescind. Follow the steps below on how to approve or rescind your documents.

How to Batch Approve Documents

  1. Hover over the Policies tab
  2. Click on Work In Progress
  3. On the Work In Progress screen, click on the Batch Approve/Rescind tab
  4. In the first drop-down, click on Approve
    Note: You can filter out the document types you would like to see and select by click on the Document Types drop-down menu
  5. Click the checkbox next to the documents you want to approve

    Note: To select all documents, click on the checkbox in the header.
  6. Once the documents have been selected, enter the approved date on the lower left side of the screen.
  7. Click Save and Close
    Note: 
    The Save and Close option will not be available until a date is entered.

How to Batch Rescind Documents

  1. Hover over the Policies tab
  2. Click on Work In Progress
  3. On the Work In Progress screen, click on the Batch Approve/Rescind tab
  4. In the first drop-down, click on Rescind
    Note: You can filter out the document types you would like to see and select by click on the Document Types drop-down menu
  5. Click the checkbox next to the documents you want to rescind
    Note: To select all documents, click on the checkbox in the header.
  6. Once the documents have been selected, enter the rescind date on the lower left side of the screen.
  7. Click Save and Close
    Note: 
    The Save and Close option will not be available until a date is entered.
